How to Start New Client Registration

Booking a cat sitter should be easy, stress-free, and purr-fectly simple! New Client Registration is our onboarding process to welcome you to the Meowfolk family. Here's how to get started:

Step 1: Send a Booking Request

Send us your booking request in our Meowfolk Client Portal to tell us a little about your service needs. We’ll check availability and confirm whether we can cover your area and dates.

If you're looking for a reliable cat sitter to have on standby, go ahead and reach out - we’ll onboard you now so you’re ready anytime!

Step 2: Book Your Meow Meet

Once approved, you'll receive a link to activate your Meowfolk Client Portal account. Activate your account and immediately book your free in-person or virtual Meow Meet, a meet and greet with our Head Meownager. This meeting helps us get to know your cats’ routines, quirks, and care needs, and for you to ask any and all questions!

You’ll also receive a welcome packet with a quick guide to our services, policies, and tips to prep for your cat’s services.

Step 3: Complete Your Onboarding

After your Meow Meet, finish your client portal account - update pet profiles and emergency contacts, upload vaccination records, add your preferred payment info, and more.

You’re officially part of the Meowfolk family and ready to book your services!

How to Book Your Services

Need daily visits, overnight care, or holiday coverage? Request directly in your client portal, and we’ll confirm availability and send your invoice. Then you can relax, knowing your cats are in purr-fect hands!
